Our remote services are for computers only!

The remote assistance feature enables our technician to log in to your computer via a remote terminal and the internet connection, to work on your machine.

Your computer MUST be connected to the internet and a browser functional enough for us to assist you in installing the required software. It is free of charge and can be removed upon completion however we recommend keeping the software installed in case of future need.

We will help you to establish if remote assistance is a viable option.

Remote Assistance charge per hour is $25.00, with a 1 hour minimum.
